During the summer months, we like to do a lot of activities outside with the children. These include a lot of wet and messy play including paddling pool, painting hands and feet, face paints, painting nails, hair chalk and tattoos which a lot of the children love.
Please can we therefore ask that you pack plenty of spare clothes for your child each day as well as a sun hat. Can you let us know via email if you do not wish your child to join in with any of these activities.
Can we also ask that you apply your own suncream prior to your child coming into preschool. We will reapply our own suncream after lunchtime to all children but if your child requires any special cream then this must be brought into preschool each day in a named bag. Please may we request that children do not attend preschool wearing sleeveless vests/dresses as they leave shoulders exposed and liable to get sunburnt.
